Chengren Aluminum Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest aluminum alloy section bar manufacturers in Southern Jiangsu Province of China. The general investment was over RMB60 million, including 2 factory zones covering over 20 acres with 16,000 square meters buildings. The company has about 15 middle-senior engineering technicians and experts, who have sufficient technological power and strong technical breakthrough capacity. There are 2 subsidiaries, i.e. Liang Da Precise Machinery Co., Ltd. and Ning Tong Vehicle Components Co., Ltd. We are able to process various aluminum sections with supplied drawings and samples. We also have independent R&D and design capacity. Therefore, we have been developed several patented technologies with new products launched constantly. We have introduced advanced equipment, including 4 extruding machines (500 – 2,000 tons), 2 sets of surface anodic oxidation treatment line, section surface wire drawing benches, polishing machines, sanding machines, and etc., as well as a complete set of inspecting equipment. We have set up workshops of molding developing, casting, extruding, coloring, oxidative stain, spray painting, and refined process. Therefore we are able to process surface treatments of coloring, oxidative stain, electro-coating, powder spraying, and etc. Moreover, we are able to take deep processing on aluminum products, such as drilling, punching, lathing, bending, plane, milling, assembling, and etc. We can provide full set of service from raw aluminum ingot to aluminum products. Our annual output capacity is 10,000 tons, primarily of industrial aluminum section bars and civil constructive products. Our products have outstanding quality, complete specifications, and rich colors, which are widely applied in various industries. They are exported to worldwide markets, such as EU, U.S., Japan, South Korea, Middle East, Southern East Asia, and etc. We are also the aluminum supplier for many international famous companies.
